OTTAWA – Medical services and technology provider Accentus Inc. is acquired by New York-based High Road Capital Partners for an undisclosed sum. The privately held developer of medical dictation and transcription platform iSpeak supplies outsourced medical transcription and editing services to more than half of all hospitals, clinics and independent physician groups in Canada, according to the company.
