Air travel drop hits Nav Canada
OTTAWA – Nav Canada’s results
for the three months ended February 28 decline 7% from the previous year, due to a 5.5% drop in air traffic. Revenues for Q2 are $261 million, compared to $281 million for the corresponding period last year. Operating expenses of $236 million are marginally lower than last year. Before the impact of rate stabilization is taken into account, expenses exceed revenues and other income by $30 million. Click here for more information.
