BIOREM revenue up, loss down

Biorem-cropped.jpgTORONTO – BIOREM Inc., a manufacturer of air pollution control systems for municipal and industrial applications, reports fourth quarter revenue of $4.6 million, higher than in the fourth quarter of 2007 by $1.7 million or 58%. Gross profit of $1.75 million was up $508,000 or 41%. This resulted in net earnings for the quarter of $190,000, a substantial improvement from a net loss of $153,000 the prior year. For the year ended December 31st, revenue was $14.4 million, vs. $9.4 million in 2007. Gross profit was $5.7 million, compared to $3.3 million in 2007.
