TORONTO – Custom solutions maker Constellation Software Inc. acquires Mississippi-based Common Cents Solutions Inc., which provides room service automation and point-of-sale technology, primarily in the healthcare foodservice sector. The sale was handled through Constellation’s wholly-owned subsidiary Computrition Inc., itself a provider of healthcare and hospitality foodservice solutions. The purchase places Common Cents among a group of eight Constellation companies. including Harris Software, The Trapeze Group and Emphasys Software. Financial details were not disclosed.
