KITCHENER – Accounting software firm Second Foundation acquires Erie, Pennsylvania-based Software Technology Concepts, a move that Second Foundation says will open new markets for the company. Founded in 1994, Second Foundation employs 60 people in Waterloo Region. The buy adds another dozen employees, who will continue to work from their current location.
