Chemaphor raises $380,000, wanted more
OTTAWA – Chemaphor Inc. raises $380,000 in a debenture placement, about a third of the $1 million the organic chemicals company went looking for when it initially announced the offering last November. The placement, delayed due to unfavourable market conditions, comes three weeks after Chemaphor receives $296,000 from IRAP to help develop its OxBC beta-carotene product for animals.
