TORONTO – Backup software maker Storage Appliance Corporation completes its series B share offering, raising US$10 million in the round led by Jefferson & Partners of Toronto and including participation from management and existing investors. The company, whose Clickfree product automatically protects documents when used in conjunction with any storage device, says it will use the new funds for product development and go-to-market efforts.
