OTTAWA – International Datacasting Corp. sells 200 of its SuperFlex receivers to satellite communications giant SES Americom-New Skies, an amalgamation between US-based SES Americom and the Netherlands’ SES New Skies. SES is using the gear to upgrade its IPsys Internet trunking service, which allows customers to directly connect to the Internet without having to pass through often congested terrestrial connections. SES has a global fleet of 39 satellites covering six continents.
