QuStream appoints new chair
TORONTO – Robert J. Beutel is named non-executive chairman of routing switcher provider QuStream Corporation. Mr. Beutel is the president of Oakwest Corporation Ltd. and assistant secretary of Accord Financial Corp. He also serves as advisor at Quest Partners Ltd. Mr. Beutel holds an MBA from Harvard.
