OTTAWA – Protecode Inc. inks a reseller agreement with software testing technology firm Emenda, which will bring the former’s IP management solution to European markets. Emenda, with offices in the UK, Germany, France and Switzerland, will bundle its software testing tools with Protecode’s solutions, which help software developers using pre-existing code manage licencing and legal obligations and ensure that copyrights are not infringed upon. The deal will also give Protecode access to Emenda clients such as Raytheon, EADS, Siemens and Bosch.
