OTTAWA – TalkSwitch is called upon by Maidpro to supply the US home cleaning franchise with its internet protocol-based business phone system. TalkSwitch says Boston-headquartered MaidPro is using this initial order to simplify communications at more than 40 locations in the States. The customer says it acquired TalkSwitch’s IP PBX system because, designed for small business and easy to install, it is a good fit for the franchise model.
