Flight Dynamix Selects Acron
OTTAWA – Acron Capability Engineering Inc. is selected by Flight-Dynamix of Dahlonega, Georgia, to assist with integrating its F-16 jet fighter simulator into the US Air Force High-speed Anti Radiation Missile (HARM) test-bed system. Acron says it will provide Dynamix with an augmented version of its SimX application, which will include a physics-based missile fly-out module. Additionally, Acron will develop a software interface that will enable interaction between the Flight-Dynamix simulator and the missile test-bed system over a 1553 avionics data bus. Together, this system will provide visualization of missile fly-out, target position aircraft instrumentation, and other related data.
