OSI gets $1.3M order from new naval customer
OTTAWA — OSI Geospatial Inc. gets onboard with the Dutch military, selling $1.3-million worth of navigation systems to the new customer. OSI says the Dutch Defence Materiel Organization has selected a dozen of its Electronic Chart Precise Integrated Navigation System for the Royal Netherlands Navy and the naval component of the Belgian armed forces. “With this project, we are adding our 10th naval customer and continuing to build on our market leadership position,” says CEO Ken Kirkpatrick. “We are committed to building a long-term business relationship and I am confident this project will lead to significant follow-on business with this important customer.” Among OSI’s clients are the navies of countries including Canada, the US, the UK, Australia and Turkey.
